Mike has 25 years of electrical industry experience and joined Capitol Electric in 2026 as the Operations & Field Performance Manager. Mike works along side Ed Bencik managing our field crews and brings field general foreman experience, preconstructions and prefabrication knowledge, and lighting control design expertise. Now Mike acts as liason from the office Project Management team to the Field Electricians and General Contractors.
